Game Changer will ship your items on business days only. (Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM. This excludes public holidays.)

Orders received before 12:00PM, will be shipped on the same day.

Your items will arrive with you within 2 - 3 business days. We are unsure on the exact time your items will be delivered, this is out of our control, but we will confirm with you when these are in transit.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Game Changer uses NZ Couriers as our preferred courier carrier, occasionally we may use NZ Post.
Game Changer Freight is overnight for metropolitan zone or 3 days rural.
A tracking number and order confirmation will be emailed at the time of dispatch.
Upon Delivery, the order must be signed for. Should a signature be unable to be obtained at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left providing the customer with details on how to collect your parcel.
Once a delivery has left our store it is in the care of the freight company, we do not have liability at this stage and we are unable to redirect if you have a change of address. Clicking on the tracking link you will be able to lease with the freight company directly.
For all orders coming in from overseas we estimate freight to take 7 working days to reach the Game Changer Store, this freight time is included in our 4 – 6 week production time frame. (4 – 6 weeks time frame starts when invoice is paid or team shop has closed).
Game Changer has no control over freight paths, time frames or delays (for any reason) while orders are in transit. We monitor and track incoming goods but cannot guarantee the tracking information provided to us is up to date or accurate.
Game Changer has no control over orders lost or damaged during transit.Game Changer has no control over customs clearance delays.
We are unsure exactly what time your items will be delivered but we will confirm with you once these are on their way.

Game Changer does not provide refunds, size remakes or exchanges to custom orders where an item was made specifically for you - this is usually but not limited to:

All pre orders

All customised orders with logos/names/initials

Orders placed via a club/organiser/school/organisation

Any item that is not a shop stock item

Any order that is customised specifically for you
Any orders placed online where an error has been made by the customer may be updated or corrected until the team shop closes. Once the team shop closes and orders are in production no changes or refunds will be made.
Game Changer Ltd is not responsible for any errors where changes have been made after the artwork has been signed off and order has been placed into production. Refunds or remakes will not be provided in this instance.
For all in store/stock items If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure you check our size guide carefully when placing an order, as we can not exchange for incorrect sizing. To complete your return, please quote your order number # and email sales@gamchanger.org.nz and await further instruction.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned more than 14 days after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and if eligible for an exchange the new item will be shipped FOC.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that if paying by afterpay refunds may take an additional time to be processed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@gamechanger.org.nz
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you need to exchange it for the same item.

Underwear: Cannot be exchanged, please use the size chart to ensure you have your correct size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
