Tech Pack & Brand Guidelines

1. Enquire – Let us know what your after and we will provide pricing

2. Ready to Order – Fill in our Order Sheet & Contact/Postal form

3. Invoice – We will email you and invoice. We ask that you please check the invoice information is correct. Once payment is received we will begin the design process. (Time frame is 1 - 2 weeks)

4. Design Confirmation – Please check your design; ensure your logos, colours, spelling & any other important details are correct. You get up to two free revisions.
Disclaimer: If the design containing errors is approved, the customer is responsible for all costs, including corrections and reprints. 

5. Placing your Order into Production – Once you are happy with your design confirm the revision with us and we will place your order into production. No changes to design or size/quantities can be made at this point.

In approximately 2 weeks, you will receive an email of an image of printed sample. We ask that you please check:
•    Logos, colours, design are correct.

In approximately 4 weeks from the approval of your image sample, your order will leave the manufacturing factory.

In approximately 1 – 2 weeks later, your order will arrive to the Game Changer store. We will collate your order and dispatch this. An email will be sent to you to let you know your item is ready and you will be emailed a tracking number.

Payment is required in full prior to your design being created or on invoice if it is a repeat order with no changes. 
We cannot invoice you until you have filled in our order form with all sizes/numbers/names required. 

 

 

Production time frames start once payment is made and your design is signed off.

 

Sublimated Items time frames are from full payment received & conformation of design.
 

4-6 weeks Standard Items
8-12 weeks Rainwear

 

In house branding/printed on demand time frames are 2 weeks from full payment received & conformation of design.

If your order is urgent or required sooner that these dates please let us know so we can check with our factory.


(Sublimated timeframes exclude domestic freight times, Chinese New Year Dates - these change each year but are usually in February.)


Your initial design is FREE.


Design fees will be applicable for the following:

  • If there are more than 2 changes to your draft design

  • If we are creating a new logo

  • For redrawing any supplied logo that is not supplied in PDF format

  • For any purchased images you want on your design

Design fees are $38.00+gst per 15 minutes. Please request an estimate for your requirements.


We have no control over freight delays either international or throughout NZ or any unexpected event that caused delays by freight BUT we will always do our best to get it to you on time.

 


Due to increase in production, we no longer offer store pick up. Please ensure when you fill in our order forms you provide the shipping address you want your goods to be sent to.


Game Changer is the Brand that your designs are created by. The Game Changer logo will be on all sublimated garments as Game Changer is the designer. On some occasions where culturally appropriate we may choose to change the placement/colour but this is solely at the discretion of Game Changer. Otherwise expect Game Changer logo to be on all garments front and back (Just like Nike and Adidas do).


Each product has a minimum order quantity, for most items it is 10 pieces per style but for some products it may be 30 or 50, please ensure you are aware of the minimum order quantity of each item BEFORE artwork is created.


Once the team shop has closed if your orders are under the MOQ we will email you the quantities required to reach the minimum order quantity and send an invoice for those items. You will need to reply within 2 days with the sizes you are ordering of each item to make the minimum order quantities for us to place orders into production without delays.


Please don’t request a team shop if your club/business/organization does not have the funds to make up the minimum order quantities.


We do not provide refunds to individuals where a club/business/organization does not make the minimum order quantity, by agreeing to opening a team shop the club/business/organization agrees to purchase the minimum order quantities.


We cannot extend a team shop without delaying the customers’ orders, therefore we can only extend a team shop if required by a week.


We cannot provide refunds due to banks charging fees for funds coming in & out, graphic design expenses, creation of the team shop and our customer commitment with afterpay services.


A team shop is a great way to save your club/business/organization time on admin/volunteer services, we do all the work and your club looks great!


If you are organising on behalf of a club (that is run by a committee), a workplace, Iwi organisation please make sure you have the authority to be making the decisions on behalf. For any design or team shop that we have spent time on that doesn't go ahead (due to differing opinions within your committee/work place/organisation) We will charge the organiser/committee/organisation for any time spent at the design rate of $38+gst per 15 minutes.
 


We can provide you with a Tech Pack of all your logos, colours, in svg/pdf/png/jpeg format.
 

For example, often this is required when a new club is formed and they want to have all the same colours for items we don't provide like signage, field/court hardwear, printing etc.


Please note your clothing designs will not be included in a tech pack.


The Price for a tech pack is from $900+gst (please note this will not include any apparel designs as we don't sell our designs).


Please note we create designs for Game Changer apparel. We are not a design service, and we don't sell our designs. Please do not ask us to provide you with our creations.
