We provide full design support. You’re welcome to send through your school logo or any artwork you already have, but our in-house team can help create custom designs from scratch. We’ll send you proofs for approval before anything goes to production, so you know exactly how your hoodies will look.

Yes - students can add their names or nicknames to the back, sleeve, or front of the hoodie. We’ll provide a template for collecting names so everything is spelled correctly. Personalisation is optional, and you can choose whether the whole group has it or just a few individuals.

Sublimation: The design is dyed directly into the fabric, meaning colours are vibrant, logos never peel or crack, and you can cover the entire garment with your design. These hoodies are lightweight and durable — ideal for long-term keepsakes. Cotton: A more traditional feel, soft and comfortable for everyday wear. Designs are usually screen-printed or embroidered, which gives a classic look but may fade slightly over time compared to sublimation. Both are high-quality options; the best choice depends on whether you want a bold, all-over design (sublimation) or a classic everyday hoodie (cotton).

Our minimum order is 20 pieces per design. This helps us keep production efficient while still offering the best possible pricing for schools.

There are no hidden setup fees - design is included in the price. Optional extras such as individual nicknames, additional embroidery, or extra logo placements may incur an additional charge, which we’ll outline clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.

We recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your final school event or graduation date. This allows time for design approval, production, and delivery. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know — we can often fast-track orders where possible.
